A Danish, 1970s, original floor lamp that's now restored and tested, ready to plug in and light up your life. It features two high shine, chestnut brown spotlights , each with an independent on / off button on the floor switch. They can be rotated / angled via their arms, and height adjusted on the main stem to direct the light just where you need it to go. Tall and sculptural, these are versatile pieces that can be set behind chairs, next to sideboards, freestanding by the bedside or put to use in a dull corner without taking up the room of a standard lamp and shade.

A brushed silver spotlight with a wide open face, partnered with a long chrome arm and stem to create a sculptural, striking lamp. The trumpet spotlight that can be height-adjusted and rotated on its arm to get the illumination just where you need it. Originating from Denmark, it dates from the 1970s and comes with classic midcentury good looks. Now fully restored to modern compliance standards, it’s ready plug in. We love that the stem is slightly shorter than most Danish floor lamps, making it ideal for next to a reading chair.

A Danish midcentury original, this pendant shade has bags of retro charm. With a cut glass centre that extends above and below, it has a touch of bling to it as well. The outer shade is brushed silver and the interior matt white. What we love about midcentury tiered shades are how bands of light are created, it's not just about downward glow. It's been rewired with a generous length of braided, fabric-coated flex ready to wire into position.

What’s the story?
Goblin was responsible for giving the world (well, Great Britain mainly) the iconic Teasmade. If you're unfamiliar, it was a bedside alarm clock that incorporated automatic tea-making facilities so when you woke up there would be a fresh brew ready. It was a subsidiary of British Vacuum Cleaner & Engineering Company and the first Teasmade was launched in the mid-1930s. Goblin went on to produce various versions of the teasmade, along with alarm clocks, table lights and radios. This 1940's piece with a distinct Art Deco look about it is an alarm clock and bedside lamp in one. Working reliably well and rewired, it's a great deal of fun and a true blast from the past. The glass bulb lampshade and silver bracket has been added in later years but it doesn't jar. It's not dissimilar to the original glass shade shape so seems entirely appropriate. We love the metallic teal finish and who can resist the satisfying click of an old-fashioned switch?

Dating from the 1940s-1950s, this was originally a heat lamp, now repurposed to a characterful, vintage side light or desk lamp. Its wide spotlight with a silver interior and cream finish on the outside, throws the perfect amount of light for reading. It is on a cast iron base and can be angled. It's been fully restored, rewired and PAT tested with new braided flex and switch. Ready to plug in and illimunate your life!
