How quickly will it be delivered?
We dispatch orders within 2-5 days for receipt within 5-7 working days, often sooner.
How do I track my order?
We will give you tracking information so that you can follow & manage your delivery. We only use established, reputable UK delivery networks like Royal Mail and DPD.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Yes, of course. We hope you’ll love your vintage piece but we get it, sometimes things don’t quite work in the way you’d hoped. You’re welcome to return an order to use within 14 days of receipt. Full details about returning an item can be found in our T&CS.
What if it arrives damaged?
Should the unfortunate occur, then please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt to report damage and we will take things from there to get matters resolved ASAP.
