Illustrating a bustling Chinese street scene, it's full of life, movement and colour. And the colours are extraordinary, vivid and bright. The various characters depicted have so much character without becoming cartoonish. They're superbly drawn. The background has an unusual textured, bubbled surface, further adding to its appeal.
